Willy Sansen，1972年于美國加州大學伯克利分校獲得電子學博士學位。1980年始加入比利時魯汶大學ESAT實驗室，成為一名全職教授。1984年始領(lǐng)導ESATMICAS實驗室進行模擬電路設(shè)計研究。他是IEEE的會員，ISSCC－2002會議的執(zhí)行主席，現(xiàn)在是IEEE固態(tài)電路協(xié)會的副主席。指導了超過50篇關(guān)于通信，消費類電子和傳感器應(yīng)用方面模擬集成電路設(shè)計的博士論題，編著和合作編著了13本書籍。在國際期刊和會議上發(fā)表了550余篇論文。
