黑石瞳 Hitomi Kuroishi

Hitomi Kuroishi is a female singer-songwriter and composer, born in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. While she is sometimes credited as hitomi (with a capital H) for her vocals, she should not be confused with the Avex artist hitomi (with a lower case h). Kuroishi is noted for involvement with the Last Exile anime series soundtrack, for which she composes as part of the group Dolce Triade (the other members are Maki Fujiwara and Yuki Yamamoto) in addition to performing the ending theme "Over The Sky". Kuroishi has worked alongside composer Kotaro Nakagawa for a number of anime soundtracks, namely Planetes, Gun X Sword, and Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion, which includes the insert songs "Stories", "Innocent Days", "Alone", "Sensibility", "Masquerade", "Continued Story", and several others.
