Born Krista Carino Sullivan, better known by her screen name, Bela Padilla, is of Filipino - British ancestry. She is a television and film actor, film producer and screenwriter.Bela is related to the Padilla clan of actors in the Philippines.In 2017, she published a poetry book inspired by the movie she starred in "100 Tula Para Kay Stella".
